Production assistant

We’re looking for a curious and committed production assistant intern to join our team and support the production of creative campaigns for prestigious brands. Working closely with your manager, you’ll be involved in every stage of the process, from pre-production to post, helping to coordinate creative teams, manage logistics, follow timelines and budgets, and ensure the quality of each deliverable. You’ll play a key role in bringing creative ideas to life, alongside passionate and experienced collaborators.

• Support the production team throughout all phases: pre-production, shoot and post-production
• Help coordinate creative resources and workflows (moodboards, sketches, team selection, retouching, adaptations)
• Assist in organizing and running photo and video shoots
• Ensure smooth logistics and communication between all teams involved
• Create and monitor production schedules
• Track purchases and budgets to help ensure profitability

Education and background:

• Studies in communication, business, marketing, journalism or creative fields

Skills and mindset:

• A strong interest in luxury, art, culture
• Comfortable working as part of a flexible, collaborative team
