More than a corporate event, a celebration of the Ubi-culture.
Ubisoft asked to conceive and organize the 2018 edition of their annual employee’s celebration, a most expected night by the entire French Ubisoft team.
The objective of the event is to gather the teams, to live the Ubisoft culture and to improve the pride of belonging to this group.
From the invitation, to the scenography and even the playlist, the entire event was carefully organized around the chosen theme for the 2018 edition: “Bloc Party”. For a whole night, the crew was taken back to the 90’s, into the streets of Brooklyn.
The event was an absolute success for the 2100 employees coming from 6 different cities. UZIK and Ubisoft strengthened a partnership based on common pillars, such as humanity, creativity and the love for technology. Stay tuned for the 2019 edition…
A full experience, from the invitation to the dancefloor
To match the expectations of the Ubisoft employees, every detail of the event had to bring the “Block Party” concept to life. From tape record invitations, to a realistic scenography and group animations (basketball court, street food trucks, traffic lights, breakdance battles…) and even a precise scheduled playlist.
