User centric app design for digital banking
BNP’s full online banking service, Hello bank!, is in constant evolution to match its users’ needs in terms of technologies and services. Its mobile application needed to match this flexible mindset.
Introducing a new design thinking method to keep the app innovative and truly useful in customers’ day to day life. UZIK has been supporting the Hello bank! team since 2015. The enhancement of the app's customer experience and design is based on users’ feedbacks and needs, UX/UI best practices and so on.
In 2018, the app received the Harris Interactive label of excellence. 92% of the customers claim the app meets all their needs. Ratings on application stores almost doubled a few months after releasing the « new » app version.
